• A non-refundable deposit (amount specified at time of booking) is required to secure your tour.
• Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the tour date unless otherwise arranged.
• Optional add-ons (lunch, cocktails, transport) must be confirmed and paid in full at least 14 days before the tour.

• Cancellations by the guest:
  • More than 90  days before the tour: Deposit retained; all other fees refunded. 
  • 30 days before the tour: 50% refund of total booking.
  • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund available.
• Cancellations by Outlandish Experience:
  In the unlikely event we must cancel (e.g., due to weather, unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

• Tours run rain or shine. Some outdoor activities (e.g., archery, axe throwing) are weather-dependent and may be modified or substituted without refund.
• We reserve the right to adjust tour schedules, stops, or timing due to operational needs or venue access changes.

• Transport is available upon request for an additional fee.
• Guests may use their own transport, but are responsible for arriving on time to each location.
• If you miss the scheduled departure, we cannot guarantee rejoining the tour.

• All participants must follow safety guidelines issued by guides and activity staff.
• Some activities may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues or certain medical conditions. Please inform us in advance of any concerns.

• Outlandish Experience is not liable for:
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or venue access.
  • Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
• All participants join the tour at their own risk and are responsible for personal travel insurance.

• We strive to create a welcoming, respectful environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Alcohol (including optional cocktails) is only served to guests aged 18+ with valid ID.

• We may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be included.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
